1st August
16:00 Welcome Reception
- at Il Molinell a cozy meet and greet with snacks and drinks
18:30 Transfer to the winery
- a bus will pick us up and take us through romantic Tuscany to the winery
19:00 Wine tasting & Dinner
- Get ready to tour an original Tuscany winery which is followed by a wine tasting and three course dinner with matching wines
22:00 Return to Il Molinello
- To ensure you´ll have a good time at the tasting the bus will take each of us back to Il Molinello safely
The Big Day,
2nd August
08:00 – 10:30 Breakfast
- Il Molinello offers three beautiful gardens, lavender fields, and a pool area, perfect to unwind, mingle, and soak in the Tuscan charm between the festivities
12:30 – 14:30 Lunch by the Pool
- A light buffet with finger food and refreshing drinks will be served by the pool. For those in the mood to mingle, games will be available—an easy way to make new friends and enjoy the afternoon together, until it’s time to get ready for the ceremony.
18:30 Garden Wedding ceremony
- Buckle up and don´t forget the tissues!
19:30 Dinner & evening program
- The rest of the night is open and free-flowing—just how we like it. We’re excited to co-create the atmosphere with you, so if you have any ideas or special touches in mind, feel free to share them with us in advance

Il Molinello is a beautiful, traditional Tuscan farmhouse thoughtfully renovated into smaller apartments for a unique and authentic experience. The property includes cottages and a main house, surrounded by gardens and a pool – all exclusively for our guests.
We (Lydia & Jilani😊) will be on site from 10:00 AM on the arrival day.
Official check-in is from 3:00 PM – if you arrive earlier, apartments may not be ready, but feel free to relax on the property.
We’ll hand out keys and show you your apartment. You’ll also receive a registration form via email to fill out before arrival.
Two weeks before arrival, you’ll receive an email with:
- A summary of your submitted details
- Your assigned apartment & roommates
- The full address of the property
- Registration form
- Final chance to request changes
Unlike a hotel, Il Molinello offers shared apartments with separate bedrooms (double beds).
Roommates will be assigned in advance, so everyone only shares with people they’re comfortable with.
The entire property is already paid for. On-site parking is available.
Travel Guidance
Car 🚗
At every major airport, you’ll find plenty of car rental options. We’re also offer or help to organize pick-up and car sharing from the airports.
If you’d like to coordinate with us, just send us your arrival airport, date, and time. We’ll help organize the pickup and or connect you with other guests arriving at the same location so you can travel together if you like.
